My ankle got worse . & I dont want it too . Although i am able to sleep well last night . When todayy morning . Someone call . & when i was about to go & picked up , th person hang . & once i stand , it makes me even more painful . I cried when i get back to bed . This is the first time i sprined my ankle til so serious lahh ): Mummy just helped me rub my ankle with medical oil two times . Sticking medical oil plaster later . I ate one tablet just now before myy breakfast . My throat is getting better alr . I going for th BBQ soon in 15 mins time . Mummy sayy she dunwan leave me alone at home . She told me to bring alone 4 tablets of pain killer & a bottle of plain water . Thanks for everyone's caring . I just hope i getting better , Not worse again .
